It is required by law for all deaths occurring in Singapore to register death within 24 hours of occurrence, regardless of citizenship. Besides at ICA, you may do the Death Registration at any Police Divisional Headquarters (HQ), Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) or Neighbourhood Police Post (NPP).
It is recommended to go to the Police Divisional HQ or NPC as it is open 24 hours.
