Year 2020 is an unprecedented year. While it was wearisome. It was also resilient and heroic. We learnt that while death is inevitable, being paralyzed by our grief is not. The book "Resilient Grieving: Finding Strength and Embracing Life After a Loss That Changes Everything", written by Dr. Lucy Hone cannot be recommended highly enough.
