In Singapore, all wills are governed and in accordance with the Wills Act. It is not mandatory to have a will done up by a lawyer to be legitimate. So long as the will is being drafted up with the right format and legalese and it fulfills the requirements for a valid will in Singapore, you do not necessarily need a lawyer to draft it.
