This Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") sets out the ways in which the Timeliss Pte Ltd (“TPL”) collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information in order to carry out our activities and operations; and the measures we take to protect your personal information. The Policy is designed to meet the requirements of Singapore’s personal data protection laws.

This Policy applies to all TPL clients. From time to time, TPL will update this Policy to ensure that this Policy is consistent with any changes in legal requirements. You are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to be informed of how TPL is protecting your information.

Our Policy applies to personal information that TPL collects, uses and discloses in order to carry out TPL’s operations; and to enable you to access our website and online service portals. Personal information is any information that can identify an individual or information about an identifiable individual.

We generally do not collect your personal data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly or via a third party who has been duly authorised by you to disclose your personal data to us (your “authorised representative”) after (i) you (or your authorised representative) have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you (or your authorised representative) have provided written consent to the collection and usage of your personal data for those purposes, or (b) collection and use of personal data without consent is permitted or required by the PDPA or other laws. We shall seek your consent before collecting any additional personal data and before using your personal data for a purpose which has not been notified to you (except where permitted or authorised by law).

You have choices regarding our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and withdraw your consent in the manner described below. However, if you choose not to provide us with the personal data intended for the purpose(s) for which you have been notified, we may not be able to fulfil the said purpose(s).

Any unsolicited personal data received by us will be returned to the sender immediately. If received by email or through our website, these unsolicited personal data will be deleted right away. If received by telephone, these will not be recorded.

TPL secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. TPL secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. TPL will not share your personal information with third parties without your permission, except if required by law or a court order to do so.

If you choose to withdraw your permission for us to use your personal data related to the service/product we offer, it will restrict our ability to support your requests or agreements with us. We will not be able to provide you with the products and services you have previously requested or accepted.

The collection and handling of certain personal information is necessary to for processing transactions. You may, however, opt out of the collection and/or handling of your personal information for other purposes — including opting out of receiving marketing and promotional material from the TPL. We rely on you to ensure that your profile and contact information is accurate. Please let us know of any changes to your personal information.
