网络祭扫会是您2021年的选择吗？

在2020年清明节，由于疫情防控的需要，各地政府满足群众清明节祭扫需求，各地低中、高风险地区大力推行线上绿色祭奠；低风险地区通过线上预约方式，进行人员分流。多数政府倡导市民不前往现场祭扫，对需现场祭扫的市民，实行限流、分时、定量预约祭扫。在2021年清明将至，各地仍存在较大防控压力，线上祭扫仍可能成为政府试图推广的祭拜方式。

当前，线上祭扫有几种不同的模式，大多数平台与技术由政府提供。天津开通网络祭扫平台，推出集体共祭“云”服务，创建家庭追思会场景，殡葬服务机构集体代祭等多种方式，满足市民缅怀亲人的需求；上海全市54家经营性公墓提供代客祭扫服务2.9万次。上海全市54家公墓（骨灰堂）均举办了集体祭扫仪式；青岛开通微信祭扫，市民可关注微信公众号，在手机端进行“云祭扫”，青岛市殡仪馆还开通了时空信箱，接收思念信件；江苏省南京市民政局会同南京市大数据管理局、南京市退役军人事务局开发了网络祭扫软件“宁思念”，市民凭身份证号码登录系统可为英烈、先人等在线祭祀。

《2020年疫情影响下殡葬企业情况》的调查结果显示，有83.1%的调查对象认为疫情会推动行业的互联网化，认为民众会更多进行网络祭扫的占比16.51%。关于对于“VR看墓”或“云祭祀”等线上服务，有15.6%的调查对象表示已经走在行业前列正在应用和推广，有4%的人表示不会考虑。 其实早在2013年殡葬业曾陆续推出相关互联网服务，但直至今日仍没有占据市场，2020年的疫情为殡葬业带来了一些变化，但是现阶段网上祭扫、代为祭扫仍是被迫的无奈之举。愿意选择线上祭扫的人群还是少数。根据东方网的投票《今年清明你打算怎么祭扫》数据结果，有52%选择了疫情之后择日再去祭扫，33%选择了在家祭拜缅怀，9%选择了APP网络祭扫，另外有3%的投票者选择了其他方式。线上祭扫总体比例较低。

随着传统清明模式线上结合的深度增加，也许会有越来越多的人选择使用现代数字方式祭扫，通过线上传承实地祭扫传统。

The 54 columbariums in Shanghai have organized a collective ritual of tomb-sweeping. Qingdao has adopted WeChat to allow public to carry out "cloud sacrifice" through mobile phones. Qingdao funeral parlour has also opened "space-time" mailboxes to receive letters of missing persons. Nanjing Civil Affairs Bureau of Jiangsu Province, has been developing an online sacrifice scanning software "Ning Si Nian" together with Nanjing Big Data Administration and Nanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau. Citizens can use their ID numbers to log in to the system and provide online sacrifices to their ancestors.

According to the survey results of "The effect of 2020 epidemic on funeral and interment enterprises", 83.1% of the respondents believe that the epidemic will promote the digitalisation of the industry, and 16.51% believe that the public will conduct more online memorial services. As for online services such as "VR tomb watching" or "cloud sacrifice", 15.6% of the respondents said that they are already in the forefront of the industry and are applying and promoting them, while 4% said they would not consider them. In fact, as early as 2013, the funeral industry successively launched relevant Internet services, but it still has not occupied the market today. The epidemic situation in 2020 has brought some changes to the funeral industry, but online sacrifices and digital memorials still require much push-factors, and is still a minority. According to the results of Dongfang.com's poll "How do you plan to sweep this year's Qingming Festival?", 52% chose to sweep after the epidemic, 33% chose to worship at home, 9% chose App network, and 3% chose other ways. The overall proportion of online tomb-sweeping is still relatively low.

As traditional Qingming process moves to a digital front, more and more people may choose to use modern digital methods to carry on the tradition of onsite tomb-sweeping and paying respect through online memorials.
